The 9Factors™ Assessment Process

We will work closely with you to ensure a tailored consultative approach to your project:

• The survey can be either paper based or an interactive online survey
• The 9Factors™ survey is tailored to your company's specific needs and distributed to all participants. With the online survey this will be done via email, attaching a unique password embedded link through to the survey.
• A dedicated assessment centre are on hand to provide comprehensive analysis and administrative support. We manage the entire survey process from design and data collection to analysis and presentation of results.
• All responses are confidential, with completed paper questionnaires being returned in business reply envelopes and online responses being sent through our secure internet server.
